Photos are automatically deleted based on your plan's retention period (30-90 days) unless you have favorited them. Favorited photos are kept permanently within your plan's favorites limit.

CrittrHavens requires an internet connection for most features. However, you can view recently accessed data offline. Any changes made offline will sync automatically when you reconnect.

Care+ subscribers can export their full data by going to Settings > Account > Export Data. Free and Care plan users can export basic care logs only.

A haven represents a room or area where you keep your animals. Habitats are the individual enclosures within a haven. You can have up to 8 habitats per haven.
